Greetings UU Hikers!

Let’s hike Soberanes Canyon, down in Big Sur, on April 19th. We’ll meet at the UUCMP parking lot at 9am and carpool down to the trailhead parking off Highway 1.

This moderate-to-strenuous hike will take us up Soberanes Canyon and we will be crossing Soberanes Creek a few times. There are also some spots where the trail narrows and becomes steep. The trail passes through chaparral and into a redwood forest and should be full of flowers this time of year. I suggest checking out the description on the All Trails app. We should be finished and back at UUCMP around 11-11:30.
