Hello UUCMP Families,This Sunday will be our first Committee on Family Ministry meeting of the year – after church from 12:15 to 1:15.  Please bring a lunch item to share and ideas for the year ahead.  We will plan an overview of the 2025 year, focusing on opportunities for connection, service and ways to build our parent community while meeting the developmental needs of our children to explore their faith.
Our Nursery (6 months to age 5)  teachers will have a simple craft and snack along with free choice play activities in the nursery.    Elementary (ages 5-11) teachers will have an activity to continue thinking about the role of Story in our lives – as individuals and collective.  They will get a chance to play outside before we come in – and perhaps one of our children will want to read a story to the younger children in the nursery after our morning snack.  Our Teens and Tweens (12+) will be back down in the Emerson room and will begin their unit on Judaism.  
During our CoFM Meeting, childcare will be provided.  Children and staff will play games and have an opportunity to make signs for the Martin Luther King Jr. Parade in Seaside.

هل يرغب طفلك بإضاءة الكأس؟ كل يوم أحد، نسعى لإيجاد طفل أو شاب متطوع لإضاءة الكأس. إنها طريقة ممتعة للأطفال للمشاركة في الخدمة. يمكن لـ DRE Shannon أن توضح للأطفال كيفية القيام بذلك قبل الخدمة إذا كانت هذه هي مشاركتهم الأولى أو إذا كانوا بحاجة إلى تذكير. زوروا Shannon صباح الأحد إذا كنتم مهتمين. ستجدون ورقة التسجيل لإضاءة الكأس على طاولة دروس الدين مع لوازم التلوين والأنشطة الهادئة. يرجى التأكد من تسجيل طفلكم إذا كان مهتمًا!
