عزيزي عائلات UUCMP،
This morning I woke up feeling grateful for our community – that I  have a thriving, caring multigenerational group of people who choose to put love at the center of our lives.  Grateful to have a safe space that is welcoming to all – a place to belong.  
Last Sunday we got outside to play and enjoy the beautiful sunshine all together – it was delightful to see how the older children played with the younger children – the adults even got in on the fun playing four-square and making chalk drawings, too.  After our snack one of our elementary children, Charli, read a story to our preschoolers and her peers.  
This Sunday it is expected to rain but we hope your children will have the opportunity to take a short nature walk outside before we move into our warm, dry classrooms for story sharing and festive crafts.  Our Teens and Tweens will be continuing their Crossing Path curriculum, learning more about Quakerism.

الأنشطة والفعاليات القادمة* November 17 – Committee on Family Ministry Lunch!  Bring your ideas and hopes for Religious Exploration (RE) as we share a lunch and plan for future RE programming and activities.  * December 8 – First Friday Game Night!  * December 15 – Winter Pageant  
Parents – Did you know RE Staff are at the building starting at 10:15am?  Plan to arrive before service starts and your children can settle in and play before the service while their adults enjoy coffee and conversation.  After the service, children who are not picked up by 1:55 will walk with staff to be reconnected with their families.  If your family will be out of town, email Shannon dre@uucmp.org لإعلامنا حتى نتمكن من التخطيط للحضور.
? Would your child like to light the chalice?Our Chalice Lighter this Sunday will be Archer!  The Chalice Lighting sign up sheet will be at the RE table with our coloring and quiet activity supplies.  Please be sure to sign your child up if they are interested.
Every Sunday we try to find a child or youth volunteer to light the chalice. It’s a fun way for kids to participate in the service. DRE Shannon can show kids how to do it before the service if it’s their first time or they need a reminder. See Shannon on Sunday morning if interested.   Sign Up at the RE Table!
?? VOLUNTEERS NEEDEDChurch members without little ones are encouraged to lend a hand so caregivers can have a chance to connect with our wonderful community.
