AB 257, an important workers’ rights and economic justice bill that will improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of low-income workers in the state will be up for a vote very soon. Ask your state Senator to vote YES!

AB 257 will establish a statewide Fast Food Sector Council tasked with reviewing and creating minimum health, safety, and employment standards in the fast food restaurant industry. This bill will also empower workers to hold companies accountable by providing retaliation protections for fast food workers that speak up against unsafe workplace conditions.
