Homeland Security budget bill. We have a narrow window of time to insist the bill
blocks ICE from going into schools.

This bill maintains the language of the original SAVE Act and adds new
requirements that voters present a proof of citizenship both when registering to vote and
when casting a ballot, drastically increasing the difficulty for eligible voters.
