When: Saturday, September 14, 2024, 2-4pm.

Where: The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Monterey Peninsula (UUCMP) at 490 Aguajito Road Carmel, CA 93923.

Focus: For this first meeting of the Climate Cafe Monterey, we will be discussing “How can I incorporate more clean energy into my living space?”

What: These events will recur on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the same location. A Climate Café® is an inclusive space where everyone is welcome to join constructive conversation about climate. The Unitarian Universalist Church of the Monterey Peninsula and the Climate Reality Project Monterey Bay are partnering to launch a new relaxed, non-partisan, non-profit, public space to get together to listen, to learn, to share and to act on climate change. This particular Climate Cafe will occur monthly on the 2nd Saturday of each month and will feature a different climate-related theme every month.
