All are welcome to this gathering hosted by Monterey Bay Meditation Studio in celebration of our 10th anniversary. MBMS Co-founding Teacher, Marianne Rowe, LMFT, will be facilitating a few Mindful Relating Games as a playful, fun way of connecting and building community — discovering what it is to be together with authenticity and consciousness, waking-up to what it’s like being here together, right now. Refreshments will be served. There is no charge for the event (donations are accepted).
