As Unitarian Universalists, we celebrate the diversity of beliefs, cultures, and experiences among us. We say, “We embrace our differences and commonalities with love, curiosity, and respect.” This affirmation also extends to how our human brains are set up differently – our neurodiversity. Traits that in times past were considered deficits or disabilities, today are often better understood simply as differences – each deserving love, curiosity and respect.
