This week in RE, we’ll be continuing our bookmark weaving project and make a collage of our hopes and feelings about this month’s theme of justice and equity. If your child would like to weave a bookmark but will not be attending RE, please email dre.sharyn@uucmp.org with yarn color preferences and we’ll make sure they get supplies. We’ll be selling these handmade bookmarks later this spring to benefit one of UUCMP’s shared offering organizations.

Families are welcome to join the Quiz Night this Friday from 6 – 8 PM at UUCMP. A $15 per person donation to UUCMP includes a pizza dinner and prizes for trivia winners!

We’d love to have families with kids join in and help care for the UUCMP grounds this Saturday from 9:30-12. We’ll have projects both inside the building and outside on our grounds. 

Please save the date for a Valentine’s Day preschool/ toddler party on Monday, February 12th at UUCMP from 9:30-11:30am! We’ll be making Valentines that will be delivered to local firefighters and having some Valentine’s Day themed fun with art, crafts, and healthy snacks (along with coffee and tea for grownups). Please help spread the word to families with young kids!

Unleash your inner songbird and enjoy some all-ages karaoke fun with a professional karaoke DJ! Join us on Saturday, February 17, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at UUCMP. The $15 admission per family includes refreshments.
